Individual Intensive Coaching

One-on-one training and coaching focuses on very specific needs of an athlete. Whether training sport specific or for well rounded overall fitness our process starts with details. Functional Screening: Range of motion (on two primary planes of movement), strength, athletic influence, weak areas or injuries. Followed by lifestyle and competitive goals, all angles are broken down to come up with a complete program for the individual. No two programs are ever completely alike. Our programs are built around the individual athlete and will create an overall objective, ways to achieve that objective when you are with us, and more importantly when you are not with us. We believe that “training” is a daily combination of things that happen on your time as well as ours, and we will give you guidelines to follow on your own in order to increase the productivity of our training sessions. Each week the program intensity grows as you change and your progress moves to the next level.  We pride ourselves on having the most integrative, results driven programs available anywhere, and we stand by it 100%.
